At AviationOps, we are committed to delivering high-quality aviation consulting services tailored to your operational and strategic needs. Due to the nature of our services, which often involve custom analysis, strategic planning, and time-intensive professional input, we have established the following refund policy:
Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Services
All fees paid for consulting services, including but not limited to assessments, reports, advisory sessions, and project-based work, are non-refundable once the service engagement has commenced, regardless of usage or outcome.
Advance Payments
Any advance payments or retainers made to secure consulting time or project slots are non-refundable, except in cases where AviationOps is unable to deliver the service due to internal issues or unforeseen circumstances on our part.
Client Cancellations

Cancellations made by the client less than 7 calendar days before a scheduled service or workshop will result in a forfeiture of any payments made.

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be eligible for a credit note toward future services, subject to approval.
Project Termination
If a project is terminated early at the client’s request, the client remains liable for all completed work and time invested up to the termination date. No refunds will be issued for partially delivered services or unused consulting hours.
Exceptional Cases
Refund requests due to dissatisfaction or dispute will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but the decision of AviationOps will be final and at its sole discretion.
Modifications to This Policy
AviationOps reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to current clients in writing.
